Senior Product & UX Designer in the public sector, working at the intersection of service design, data foundations, and responsible AI adoption.

I lead ambiguous requests to clear outcomes, aligning stakeholders, defining governance, designing workflows, and shipping practical tools people can actually use.

PhD researcher in AI & Recommender Systems, exploring personality, cognition, and user experience.

I help organizations modernize systems without breaking trust. My work blends UX and service design, product delivery, and data/AI governance, especially in environments where privacy, compliance, accessibility, and change management matter.

I am comfortable in strategy and in the details: stakeholder alignment, journey mapping, information architecture, design systems, content strategy, analytics, and end-to-end delivery. I often lead UX as the single specialist, partnering with subject-matter experts and technical teams to ship.
